Mailtrap is proud to have completed a SOC 2 Type II audit, demonstrating that our information security controls are not only designed appropriately but operating effectively over time. Our current SOC 2 Type II report covers the period from **September 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025**. During this period, an independent third-party auditor evaluated Mailtrap's controls related to the Trust Services Criteria, confirming that they were suitably designed and operating effectively to meet our commitments around security. Our next audit period is already underway and will cover **December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026**, continuing our commitment to ongoing, independent verification of our security controls rather than a one-time assessment. **Requesting the report**: Because SOC 2 reports contain detailed information about internal security controls, Mailtrap's SOC 2 Type II report is available upon request under a mutual NDA. You can request it through our [Trust Center](https://trust.mailtrap.io/).
